Challenge 5: What is cultural identity and cultural hybridity? And how are these concepts important for professional pedagogical work?

We started the class making new groups and doing our personal pie chart. The title of this pie chart was HOW MUCH IMPORTANT IS YOUR...

We talked about this pie chart with our shoulder partner and we compared both.
Then the teacher make us to reflex about the cultural identity and hybridity and about their consequences for the proffesional. Two definitions of these terms are:
- Cultural identity --> Cultural identity is the identity of a group or culture, or of an individual as far as one is influenced by one's belonging to a group or culture. Cultural identity is similar to and has overlaps with, but is not synonymous with, identity politics.

The fifth exercise was to discover what type of sense of belonging will help you profesionally and personally when travelling? The most curious part was that first all the class seem like local people, and doing this exercise almost the class was multicultural and open-minded people!
